Refund & Returns Policy

At Mystic Nook, we honour the sacred exchange between giver and receiver. If your item arrives with a flaw in its aura—or simply isn’t what you envisioned—we’ll guide you through a smooth return ritual.
Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Certain items (e.g., personalized products, intimate goods, or final sale items) may not be eligible for return
To initiate a return, please contact us at magic@mysticnook.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Please note: As a dropshipping store, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
